What is CrossFit

and why you’ll love it

CrossFit is a training and conditioning program that builds bodies capable of anything. The workouts are functional, challenging, varied, fun and never boring. We do not specialize in any one particular thing, but rather prepare people not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. CrossFit focuses on 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

You do not have to be an athlete or already in shape to start. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. At CrossFit LandRush you will find coaches that are patient, friendly, and have the knowledge to push you hard when needed and scale you back when you struggle.
