Every 3 Minutes
Set 1 = 6 reps @ 65%
Set 2 = 5 reps @ 75%
Set 3 = 4 reps @ 80-85%
Set 4 = 3 reps @ 85-87%
Set 5 = 2 reps @ 90%
Shoulder Press (Weight)
Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minuets (6 sets)
Set 1-4 = 4 reps @ 85%
Set 5-6 = 8 reps @ 70-73%

Accessory Work

Reverse Barbell Curls x 15 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Push Ups x MAX reps
Rest 20 seconds
Hollow Hold x 60 seconds
