Why CrossFit Landrush
There are a lot of gyms in town. We’re not the biggest. We probably have the least equipment. So why do people love us so much? Why do they show up so often and stay so long? Why are they still here, announcing the birth of their babies, and sending “thank you” notes almost daily?
We’re a coaching gym. We use the best equipment, and only the stuff you need. Knowing how to use a machine won’t solve your problem. Daily motivation, new experiences and guided education will.
We’re fun! A LOT of fun. Most exercise is not fun. That’s why people quit.
We take science seriously. But we don’t take ourselves seriously. We have hundreds of books, and zero mirrors.
Fitness comes first. If it won’t help you, we won’t do it.
No contracts or “signup fees” or other garbage. Those won’t help you.
Care. If you don’t show up, we’ll call you. We want you to succeed, not just write a check and disappear.
Friendly Atmosphere. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Our coaches & members love meeting new people & will make sure you have a great experience.
