In teams of 3 with 2 people working at a time….
Front Rack Bar 115/75
Go out if you can’t clean it!
Partner 1 cleans up the bar and holds it in the Front Rack Position (on shoulders, hands do NOT have to be on the bar)
Partner 2 starts rowing once bar is cleaned
Partner 3 is resting.
As soon as the bar comes out of the front rack position everyone rotates.
Repeat until the prescribed amount of meters is rowed!
