At CrossFit LandRush we offer a comprehensive On-Ramp program designed to help new athletes learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. If you would describe yourself as any of the following, then our On-Ramp Program is right for you and completion is required before joining normal CrossFit classes.
Do Any of These Fit Your Situation?
-You are starting your first fitness program.
-You have been inactive for a long period of time.
-You exercise regularly, but have no previous CrossFit Experience.
-You have previous CrossFit Experience, but have taken at least 6 months off.
-You CrossFit on your own regularly, but you do so without a coach.
-You want to gain a thorough understanding of CrossFit fundamentals.
What to Expect
By offering one-on-one training during On-Ramp, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the three hour course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, be evaluated on range of motion and mobility. This will ensure a seamless transition into the group workouts after completion. There is a one time fee of $60 for this class.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the pursuit of elite fitness in a small group. We combine calisthenics, running, weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing and more. Service men and women, firefighters, police officers, soccer moms and grandmothers have improved the quality of their lives with CrossFit. Our coaches are highly-skilled, safety-minded Crossfitters that are also FUN!
All of our classes run for 60 minutes. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, and form new friendships with your fellow classmates, and most importantly, you’ll have FUN while doing so.
