our misssion and vision

Founded in 2014, CrossFit LandRush is a certified Crossfit Affiliate located in northwest Oklahoma City. Our mission is to help maximize the natural talents and abilities of each person who steps through our doors, no matter age, gender, experience, or athletic ability. Our goal is to attain an overall level of fitness through nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting allowing our athletes to live life to their fullest capabilities.

Our vision is to create a family-friendly community of love and support through fitness. We strive to make our mark within the Oklahoma CrossFit circles as a gym that’s community-focused, fun, and gets results, both within the gym walls and outside them.

CrossFit LandRush is unique in that we offer a rare blend of highly-qualified coaches and excellent programming within a family-focused atmosphere. We have 7 certified CrossFit trainers on staff. We have a dedicated room for kiddos with heat, A/C and plenty of toys, so athletes not only can bring their kids, but are encouraged to bring them. World-Class fitness in 100 words

Greg Glassman, founder of Crossfit, says it best

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train all major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, Clean & Jerk and snatch. Similarly master the basics of gymnastics: Pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, ect., hard and fast. Five to Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

CrossFit is a one-hour class composed of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity with the purpose of increasing your level of fitness over broad time and modal domains.

BootFit

Bootfit is a class consisting of body weight, cardio, and light-weight movements in a non-intimidating and very encouraging environment. All our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone’s potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.

Endurance

Endurance workouts are a great way to build aerobic capacity, improve your conditioning and become a better CrossFit athlete. The goal is to achieve an elevated heartrate for an extended period of time.

Mass Class

The goal of Mass class is to get athletes comfortable moving a barbell, ultimately increasing strength. Barbell movements can be intimidating for beginning CrossFit athletes as well as seasoned veterans, so, whether you’re lifting an empty bar or 500 pounds, this class is for you!
